Though females may exhibit different functions to that of a male, we are both created in the image of God and deserve equal rights, pay, and respect. Possessing the inherent royalty of our heavenly Father, our self-worth must reflect how God sees us and not our own perspective alone.

From owning a catering business and food truck to working as a tutor for adolescents, a recruiter in the hospitality industry, and a project manager in power generation, I have always been committed to lifting others up. As the leader of an Employee Resource Group for Women and African Americans, I witnessed firsthand the power of community, mentorship, and opportunity.

Now, through Black Queen Win, I provide that same support to women and teens overcoming domestic abuse, financial hardship, and self-doubt. We offer mentorship, resources, and empowerment programs that give them the tools to heal, grow, and thrive.
