Black Queen Win was founded to address economic gaps. Doing so by empowering young women, creating a ripple effect of positive economic and social change.
Black Queen Win strives to break the cycle of adversity by offering comprehensive support to young women and teenagers, particularly within the single mother and homeless communities. Black Queen Win serves as a bridge, connecting women to the resources they need to thrive.
Women contribute to society in beneficial ways globally. Women are created equal to men in the sight of God. Though females may exhibit different functions to that of a male, we are both created in the image of God and deserve equal rights, pay, and respect. Possessing the inherent royalty of our heavenly Father, our self-worth must reflect how God sees us and not our own perspective alone.
From owning a catering business and food truck to working as a tutor for adolescents, a recruiter in the hospitality industry, and a project manager in power generation, I have always been committed to lifting others up. As the leader of an Employee Resource Group for Women and African Americans, I witnessed firsthand the power of community, mentorship, and opportunity.
Now, through Black Queen Win, I provide that same support to women and teens overcoming domestic abuse, financial hardship, and self-doubt. We offer mentorship, resources, and empowerment programs that give them the tools to heal, grow, and thrive.
But I can’t do it alone. Your donations and partnerships will help us expand our reach, providing shelter essentials, education, mental health support, and career development. By supporting Black Queen Win, you are investing in transformation—helping survivors turn their pain into power.
Join us in breaking the cycle. Together, we win.
